Summer Shutdown Information : 28th July until 12th August 2008

BHIP Ltd is proud to be a FAMILY RUN business. We like to take holiday together, to share time off with family and friends. We find it easier to operate a complete SUMMER SHUTDOWN for 2 weeks each year, as we also do at Christmas. We hope this shutdown does not cause you any inconvenience.

BHIP Ltd is closed as from Monday 28th July until Monday 11th August (inclusive) [Re-opening on Tuesday 12th August - 10am]. During this short shutdown period there will be no telephone / email support. Please do not send any items to us for repair or refund - please wait until we re-open on 12th Aug - see below for more details - Service and Support and Customer Service.

Our last despatch is Friday 25th July. Items must be ordered before 2 pm to be despatched on that day.

Our next despatch is Tuesday 12th August. All orders placed while we are closed will ship on Tuesday 12th

1st class recorded: This is the service we use for all items under £120. Normal delivery on 1st class recorded delivery is 1 - 3 working days. If your order has not arrived by Friday 15th, please e-mail us with order details and we will make tracking these items a priority upon our re-opening.

Special Delivery: This service is free on all orders over £120 (and some specially marked orders) and can be optionally added to the cart at checkout stage for an extra £6.00. Items sent using Special Delivery on Friday 25h July should arrive on Monday 28th July. Please note, if they fail to arrive on Monday 28th July, BHIP cannot track / trace them until we re-open. If your item does not arrive on 28th July, please e-mail us with order details and we will make tracking these items a priority upon our re-opening. All other special delivery orders, sent when we re-open, should arrive by Wednesday 13th Aug.

Stock : We always endeavour to fulfil all orders placed while we are shut. If for any reason we cannot complete your order when we return, we will contact you by Tuesday 12th, if not before.

We are very sorry if our closure casues you any inconvenience. If you experience a technical difficulty with a product during our shutdown please use the relevant "contact us" details as shown below.If the brand you are having problems with is NOT shown below, we are very sorry - and we will give you our utmost attention when we return on Tuesday 12th August - please mail us in advance.

If you wish to return an item WITHIN your 28 day returns period, please be assured we will extend the 28 day period to cover our closure.
