BHIP Ltd RETURNS FORM - please read notes below before sending an item back to us - thank you.
MOST FAULTY UNITS SHOULD BE SENT DIRECTLY to THE MANUFACTURER. Before sending any item back to BHIP Ltd, please check the SERVICE and SUPPORT link from the product specific sites listed below:

We can only return items to UK addresses. We cannot return items to a NON-UK address
1) Please complete
ALL the fields. If you do not know the transaction ID, please
put month and year of purchase from BHIP Ltd.
2) In the FAULT
ID field please add a number in the following form :
your initials - then the date in format ddmmy i.e.AB030606
3) ADDRESS field is the RETURN address for us to despatch the item to. If you do not fill in this field, we will return the item to the original delivery address. If you have moved, sorry, we cannot accept responsibility for loss.
4) In the COMMENTS
field please be as descriptive as you can, please do not just
put "faulty" or "does not work"
5) Upon completion,
please PRINT the form ("file" then "print"
from your browser)
6) Then "SUBMIT"
the form (this sends us a copy), using the button at the end.
7) Please include
a copy of the printed form with the returned item.
8) Send the
item with completed form to:

may be subject to a £5.00 admin charge. Please note : If you are returning a USED heart rate monitor, please ensure the unit is CLEAN and WASHED before posting it. This is very much appreciated.
