Large Kitchen / Dining Room: with Pine Dining table and 4 x chairs. All necessary cutlery, crockery, white goods etc.

Lounge: A small but comfortable living area with patio door access to the conservatory. The lounge comes with combi TV/video player and a selection of children's books, games and jigsaws.

Downstairs WC: with hand basin

Conservatory: with comfortable patio furniture. The conservatory will comfortably seat 3 adults.

Back Garden: a small but well kept garden with established shrubs and a garden bench to take in the peace and quiet

Bedroom 1 : Bright and roomy master bedroom with simple decor. One double bed and small built in cupboard space

Bedroom 2: Another large bright room with modern, safe, bunk beds and a spare "foldaway" bed if required. We can also supply a "travel cot"

BEACH HUT: We are pleased to announce that after an excellent first year letting the holiday cottage we now include FREE to all guests of the Fisherman's cottage a beach hut in North Beach Heacham. The Beach Hut is 20 yards from cafe / bar with public toilets only 100 yards away. The Hut is 10 yards from sea wall and 15 yards from the beach at Heacham. The beach hut is for the sole and exclusive use of the holiday cottage guests.
