CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS. If an item is an unwanted Christmas gift, we will gladly accept it back for exchange or refund as long as we receive it at BHIP Ltd by Jan 20th, unopened and as received. We accept that customers purchase well in advance of December, and as such we will extend our 28 day returns period to Jan 20th. Thank you.
If we have failed to deliver an item to you during this busy Christmas period we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
