Problems sending forms from BHIP Ltd sites

If you are having a problem sending a form using our websites, for example, "referrer ID not sent, CGI/BIN access failed/denied" or similar. It is probably due to the privacy settings in your Norton Internet Security.

To temporarily resolve this issue, switch to Norton Internet Security

Select "Privacy Control"

Then select " CONFIGURE" from the bottom right hand side, normally a yellow box.

Then from the bottom buttons select "CUSTOM LEVEL"

If there is a "tick" in the box for "ENABLE BROWSER PRIVACY" remove this tick. By doing this you are consenting to send browser ID information to our online form server. This information is nothing too personal, just the website name that you are visiting us from (i.e. www.heartratemonitor.co.uk or www.shop4leatherman.co.uk). The reason for this is to stop unwanted "hackers" using our form script.

After you have succesfully sent the form you may wish to turn "ENABLE BROWSER PRIVACY" back on by re-applying the tick in the box.
