BHIP Limited have been selling on the internet since 1999 (previously t/as Total Xfitness and BHI Partnership). We are proud to have provided to over 27,000 happy customers in 2008. BHIP Ltd have full product awareness of all the products we sell. We are able to give first line support for all the items that are sold from our various sites listed below. BHIP Limited hold stock of all the items that we sell, ensuring the customer of a speedy delivery.

In March 2009 we satisified our 180,000th customer. In that time we are very proud to report we have had ZERO written complaints sent to either Eseal or SafeBuy (the distance selling regulators whose policies we adhere to)

We use Royal Mail services as our delivery agents. This means that the delivery is quickly and efficiently despatched to the customer. If you are not available to sign for an item, you can choose to have it sent to a work address, or alternatively pick it up from the Royal Mail local sorting office.

All of our sites are protected by a secure server link provided by WorldPay Plc (a Royal Bank of Scotland company) and Virtual Shop. You can shop in full confidence that your bank details will remain confidential. Shopping with BHIP Ltd does not affect your statutory rights All our prices include delivery and VAT. There are no surprises when you buy from us. We always use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery of Special delivery. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted, it will be held in your LOCAL sorting office.
